Koko138 does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the verified account holder. Funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
7.1 General Bonus Terms: All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional benefits offered by Koko138 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the respective promotion. 12.4 Maximum Liability: In all circumstances where Koko138 is found liable to a User, the maximum aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
13.1 By Koko138: Koko138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
13.2 By the User: A User may close their account at any time by contacting Koko138 customer support. Prior to account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be resolved. Verified real-money balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, the User's right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds remaining in a terminated account will be forfeited.
